Position: Construction Maintenance Tech

Department: Facilities

Location: Aspire Locations

Hours: Full Time. Days. Full Benefits.

Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Construction Maintenance Tech within our Facilities department. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to providing high-quality services for our patients. This position reports to our Facilities Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to read and understand controlled drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Broad knowledge of carpentry, minor construction, demolition, and remodeling/renovation work.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: HVAC and Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, and/or Building Automation Systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Construction Maintenance Tech must demonstrate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, digital control systems, variable drive technology, and building automation systems operations. The technician will handle emergencies such as equipment failures, disasters, safety incidents, utility disruptions, and critical service failures. Responsibilities include making critical decisions and effectively communicating with the Director of Facilities, administration, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
