Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full-time Construction Maintenance Tech within our Facilities department. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to providing high-quality services to our patients. This position reports to the Facilities Supervisor.

Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand controlled drawings, blueprints, equipment manuals, and troubleshooting guides
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Broad knowledge of carpentry, minor construction, demolition, and remodeling/renovation work
  • Expertise in one or more of the following: HVAC and Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation Systems
Responsibilities

The Construction Maintenance Tech must have a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, digital control systems, variable drive technology, and building automation systems. The role involves handling emergencies such as equipment failures, safety incidents, utility disruptions, and service failures. The technician may be responsible for making critical decisions and communicating effectively with the Director of Facilities, contractors, vendors, regulatory agencies, and others.
