Job summary

Daniels Property Group (DPG) is building an internal construction team to maintain, improve, and protect our nationwide facilities. The Construction & Maintenance Specialist role is hands-on and suited for someone with a strong construction trades background who enjoys solving problems and delivering high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction or facility maintenance experience.
• Skilled trade experience in carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, or general construction.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems and construction practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• OSHA certification preferred.

As Daniels continues to expand, DPG is building an internal construction team responsible for maintaining, improving, and protecting our facilities.

We're looking for an experienced Construction & Maintenance Specialist to support construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects across our national property portfolio. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong construction trade background who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping deliver high-quality projects.
