Job summary

Standard Construction Company, Inc. seeks a Logistics Manager to direct and coordinate delivery of aggregates and asphalt, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time service.

The role involves supervising the trucking department, reviewing production metrics, and implementing process improvements across production facilities in the region. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in transportation operations, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in transportation operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and state/federal QC and production practices.
• Ability to interpret regulations and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of aggregates and asphalt products.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory mandates.
• Maintain DOT driver files and subcontractor hauler policies.
• Schedule production and monitor cost controls and quality.
• Review production and QC reports to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Develop procedures to maintain product quality and plant readiness.
