Job summary

A leading construction support firm located in Dyer, Indiana is seeking a Construction & Logistics Support Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for field projects. Responsibilities include assisting with project mobilization, managing tools and equipment, and supporting both office and field operations. Candidates should have relevant construction experience and the ability to lift heavy materials. This position offers flexibility for remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management is a plus.
• Direct work experience in construction or related field is required.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of construction and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction department with sourcing and purchasing.
• Assist with project mobilization and demobilization.
• Manage vehicle maintenance and tooling for job sites.
• Ensure commissioning inspections are completed.
