Job summary

IREN, a leading data center and AI infrastructure provider, is hiring a Construction Logistics Coordinator for on-site work in Sweetwater, TX. You will coordinate delivery, setup, relocation, and return of equipment, track assets, and support rental equipment management across active projects.

You will maintain safety standards, document processes, and collaborate with construction teams, operations, vendors, and leadership to meet tight timelines and changing project needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehousing, equipment coordination, construction support, or field operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track moving parts.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with team members, vendors, and leadership.
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile apps; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Valid state driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips and potential extended deployments during larger projects or emergency events.
  • Availability for occasional on-call assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule the delivery, setup, relocation, and return of equipment and materials for active project sites.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of equipment, including serial numbers, utilization, maintenance status, and inventory levels.
  • Support the ordering, tracking, and management of rental equipment to ensure availability and budget alignment.
  • Review rental invoices and identify discrepancies before submitting for approval.
  • Assist with fuel tracking, equipment checks, and maintenance scheduling for generators, lifts, and other project machinery.
  • Keep jobsite storage areas, warehouses, and trailers clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards.
  • Complete daily timesheets and ensure all logistics documentation is accurate, timely, and properly filed.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled, including occasional night or weekend support when required.
  • Promote and follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE use and adherence to company and site specific guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient project operations and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Job requirements

Other Important Requirements
  • Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies.
  • Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied.

Compensation
  • The expected hourly rate for this role starts at $35.70 USD.
    • Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications.
  • Per Diem amount of$180.00and project allowance, when applicable
  • 15% night-shift premium for eligible roles, when applicable
  • Overtime compensation for non-exempt workers for hours worked over 40 per week
  • Relocation and Living-out-allowance (as applicable and based on successful candidate circumstances)
