Job summary

National Exchange Bank & Trust in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Construction Loan Process Administrator to join our on-site team. The role handles construction loan draw requests, reports, policy updates, and coordination across lenders, credit, and loan services.

Bachelor's or associate degree in finance or accounting is preferred; banking experience with construction loans is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position requiring accuracy and multitasking.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred, but not required.
• Relevant banking experience or equivalent education with previous construction loan administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations to determine the best course of action for QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Process construction loan draw requests and update reports.
• Provide construction loan policy updates and approve pre-construction worksheets.
• Coordinate between lenders, credit department, loan services, and managers.
• Assist lenders with construction training.
