Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator to review and manage construction loan documents in line with credit policy. You will coordinate draws, liaise with RMs, inspectors, and title representatives, and ensure proper implementation of terms across all construction phases.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in commercial real estate or construction lending, with 2–4 years in title/escrow, plus strong computer and communication skills. Onsite work in Mountlake Terrace, WA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, construction loan administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of title and escrow experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of title, escrow, survey, and loan documentation preparation.
• Strong computer skills including Precision, AccuDraw, PowerPoint, Excel; ability to create links and fillable PDFs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Review construction loan documents per credit policy to manage risk and protect bank interests.
• Coordinate document flows, funding requests, and accuracy checks with RMs, analysts, customers, inspectors, and title reps.
• Maintain loan and disbursement files; prepare for audits and third-party review.
