Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a Commercial Draw Analyst to support the monitoring and risk management of construction loans and draw requests. You will review post-closing draws, assist pre-close collection, and ensure due diligence is完整 and properly documented.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with financial institutions or real estate development is a plus. Hybrid work option available with compensation details disclosed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with a financial institution, title company, real estate developer, or general contractor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and risk management of commercial and residential construction loans and draw requests.
• Review post-closing construction draw requests and assist pre-close document collection.
• Collect and review pre-close due diligence documentation and post-close draw documentation.
• Order and review title endorsements, inspection reports, and certificates of insurance; perform admin tasks as needed.
• Enter draw requests into processing software for final review by the Commercial Draw Managers.
