Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator I to manage commercial construction loan disbursements and monitor draws. You will review budgets, ensure lien-free collateral, and coordinate with project managers and internal partners to resolve documentation gaps and maintain project timeliness.

The role requires 3–5+ years in construction loan administration, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with internal bank systems.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent related work experience.
• 3-5+ years administering complex commercial construction loan disbursements preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and aptitude for numbers and budgets.
• Ability to identify construction risks and present solutions to mitigate risks on all project types.

Responsibilities

• Review budgets to confirm sources of funds and loan commitment are sufficient to complete project.
• Identify project progress and issues with Construction Loan Project Manager (budget increases, liens, equity needs).
• Identify required loan documentation and verify appropriateness.
