Responsibilities include reviewing draws, ensuring equity tied to budgets, and ongoing servicing of diverse construction loans while maintaining accurate ledgers and responsive customer support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with construction finance processes, budget reallocations and documentation.
• Experience using banking PC applications in a Windows environment.
• Credit history check required for reemployment
• High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)

Responsibilities

• Review and process construction loan draws for compliance and timely payment.
• Verify equity via inspections, invoices, and cancelled checks against approved budgets.
• Servicing of construction loans including monitoring budgets, loan amounts and statuses.
• Coordinate with title companies on lien and endorsement issues.
• Maintain and update desk procedures as job tasks evolve.
