Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Construction Attorneys in our San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience, but we welcome all experience levels to apply. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self‑starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred.

Candidates will work with a collaborative team under the direction of skilled leaders and trial attorneys.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
