Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for Construction Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience in its Boston office. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including fully remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
