Kaufman Dolowich LLP's Woodbury, NY office is seeking an attorney to join our Construction Commercial Litigation group. The role offers hands-on litigation experience across private and public projects, representing Owners, General Contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements include 1+ year of commercial litigation with construction disputes, NY admission, JD or equivalent, and excellent written and oral communication.

• Experience with construction contracts and review.
• JD degree or equivalent with strong academics.
• Admittance to practice in New York.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple matters.

Responsabilidades

• Assess information and documents provided by clients.
• Prepare pleadings and manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions and argue motions.
• Prepare and argue motions in state and federal courts.
• Attend trials and other hearings.
• Assist with contract review and preparation.
