Job summary
LeoForce is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney (Construction) to join our Houston team. The role handles all phases of construction-related litigation, from discovery through trial, and requires at least five years of experience.
The attorney will manage complex matters, draft documents, and advise clients with strategic insight. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong negotiation, analytical capabilities, and professional integrity while collaborating with a large, nationwide firm to deliver
Qualifications
- JD from accredited law school.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, construction or premises liability.
- Bar admission in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Conduct depositions of parties and experts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf.
- Provide strategic legal advice on rights and obligations.
- Stay updated on relevant legislative changes.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality service.
- Perform legal research for case preparation and client guidance.
