Founded nearly two decades ago, with seven offices across California, we are a 130+ attorney firm devoted exclusively to representing public schools, community colleges, educational institutions, and other public entities. We serve more than 500 education clients — school districts, SELPAs, county offices of education, private schools, government agencies, and municipalities. Our attorneys include former educators, school board members, and in-house counsel who bring firsthand operational knowledge to every engagement. That depth of institutional understanding is what separates us from generalist firms handling education work on the side.
