Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney to advise and represent clients in complex construction disputes, including defect claims, torts, and contract issues. The attorney will handle depositions, motions, and trial preparation while engaging with clients and experts.

Ideal candidates possess Florida Bar licensure, at least 1 year of civil litigation experience (preferably in construction), and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals in disputes involving defect claims, torts, contractual issues, and other construction-related matters.
