Job summary

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney for its Bonita Springs, FL office. The attorney will advise contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals on defect claims, torts, and contractual issues related to construction disputes.

Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and representing clients at site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trials. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in construction litigation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
