Our client is an AM LAW 200 law firm seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Litigation, Construction defect litigation or Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Litigation, Construction defect litigation, or Commercial Litigation.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
• Hybrid work option available.

Responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated litigation services and client counseling.
