Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Orlando, Florida seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join its team. You will manage complex construction litigation matters from inception to resolution, conduct claims analysis, and lead depositions of key witnesses.

The ideal candidate has 10–20 years of construction litigation experience, is admitted to the Florida Bar, and holds a JD. You will mentor junior attorneys and engage in mediation and arbitration to resolve challenging cases.
