Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of construction litigation cases.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation materials.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various construction-related matters.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that their legal needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective case management.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to construction litigation.
