Jobot, a Denver-based litigation firm, seeks a Lateral Associate Attorney for our Construction Litigation practice. You will handle complex, high-exposure cases with an experienced team serving contractors, developers, insurers.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar license (or ability to waive in).
• Civil litigation experience favored in construction/insurance defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Defend builders, developers, contractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and contracts with strong attention to detail
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners in a team-oriented environment
