Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience litigating complex commercial disputes related to design and construction.
• A degree or background in the design/construction industry is beneficial.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to practice.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide highest quality client service with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
