Duties

4. Handle litigation of pre-trial motions effectively.
5. Represent clients in mediation and trial, including jury trials.
6. Manage client files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and client requirements.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 0-3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ProLaw is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
