Structural Group is seeking a Construction Leadman for the Façade and High Rise Repair team in the Alexandria, VA area. The role involves performing basic and higher-level construction tasks on concrete and building envelope repair projects, with travel to multiple sites.

Strong preference for candidates with field, self-performing contractor experience and good drawing interpretation skills. Primary duties include mortar mixing, grout application, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior construction experience.
• Experience interpreting structural drawings.
• Experience with a self-performing contractor in concrete, masonry, or building envelope.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to projects.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.STRUCTURAL is looking for Leadman to join our Building Envelope High- Rise Restoration team performing work in Alexandria, VA area.Our ideal candidates will have:* 5+ years of prior construction experience* Reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects.* Experience in accurately interpreting structural drawings.* Experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor.Construction duties include basic labor tasks in addition to performing some higher-level tasks under supervision such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement. Osha 30, SST and 4 hr. Flagger courses are a plus.Strong consideration will be given to those who are hardworking and willing to learn. Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.
