Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring a Leadman for our Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration team in Alexandria, VA. You will perform both basic labor and higher-level tasks under supervision, including mixing repair mortars, chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming, and rebar placement.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of construction experience and the ability to interpret structural drawings. OSHA 30, SST and 4 hr Flagger courses are a plus; reliable transportation and Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Experience interpreting structural drawings.
• Experience with self-performing concrete/brickwork/building envelope trades.
• OSHA 30, SST and 4 hr Flagger courses are a plus.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Basic labor tasks in addition to higher-level tasks under supervision.
• Mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing.
