Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
• Commercial, high-rise and multi-unit remodeling experience preferred.
• Can lift 50+ lbs consistently.
• Professional interaction with customers.
• Proficient with iPad to document progress.
• Ability to manage a project from start to finish and supervise apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Lead bath/shower installation projects from start to finish.
• Supervise an Apprentice Installer and ensure quality work.
• Document progress and communicate with customers effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers and crews to meet schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance on site.

What we offer our Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers:

• We provide trucks and tools!
• 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x).
• Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime.
• Total Compensation is $80,000-$200,000 a year; hourly pay rate is $30-$35/hr + bonus potential
• The hourly pay of $35.00 MUST be able to install acrylic systems in 1 day
• Lead Installers also qualify for monthly bonus based on quality of installations.

Requirements of a Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installer:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
• Required to have acrylic installation experience.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
• Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
• Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
• Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
• Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
• For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a DMV check.
