Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring Construction - Apprentice Installers to join our growing team in Phoenix. You will assist lead installers on residential projects, use hand tools, and help deliver high‑quality remodeling work for customers.

This role offers 40‑hour weeks with overtime paid at 1.5x, career development to become a Lead Installer, and a clear path within Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. Physical work and DMV background check are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in general construction.
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall, tile, remodeling or plumbing.
• Proficient with using a tape measure.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. consistently.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Apprentice Installers must pass a DMV check for insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer on residential remodel projects.
• Operate and maintain basic construction tools safely.
• Follow instructions and ensure quality workmanship.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience.
• Adhere to safety policies and company standards.

What we offer our Construction - Apprentice Installers:

• 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x).
• Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime.
• Hourly pay rate of $19.00/hr.

Requirements of a Construction - Apprentice Installer:

• 1+ years of experience in general construction.
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices.
• Some experience with carpentry, demolition, framing, drywall installation or repair, tile work, remodeling, or plumbing.
• Must be proficient with using a tape measure.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.
• For insurance purposes Apprentice Installers must be able to pass a DMV check.
