Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers to oversee installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise an Apprentice Installer, document progress with an iPad, and ensure exceptional customer service and workmanship.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in construction or bathroom remodeling, acrylic installation experience, and familiarity with carpentry, demolition, tile work, framing or plumbing, with preference for multi-unit or high-rise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
• Acrylic installation experience.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
• Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
• Proficiently document installation progress using an iPad.
• Interact professionally with customers and ensure quality workmanship.
• Lead installers and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Construction Lead- Bath/Shower Installers.

What we offer our Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers:

• We provide trucks and tools!
• 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x).
• Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime.
• Total Compensation is $80,000+ a year; hourly pay rate is $25-hr + bonus potential
• Lead Installers also qualify for monthly bonus based on quality of installations.

Requirements of a Lead Installer:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
• Required to have acrylic installation experience.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
• Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred.
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
• Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
• Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
• Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
• For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a background and DMV check.
