Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction or bathroom remodeling.
- Acrylic installation experience required.
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
- Commercial, high-rise and multi-unit remodeling experience preferred.
- Can lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- Professional interaction with customers.
- Proficient with iPad to document progress.
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish and supervise apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Lead bath/shower installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise an Apprentice Installer and ensure quality work.
- Document progress and communicate with customers effectively.
- Coordinate with suppliers and crews to meet schedules.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance on site.
