Wade Trim in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to guide our Southern Region construction team and collaborate with peers across regions. A PE license and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering are required, with 10+ years of water/wastewater facilities experience and strong leadership skills.
You will mentor project managers, oversee divisional performance, and drive client satisfaction, profitability, and safe, compliant project execution.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to join our construction team and provide leadership for our Southern Region operations while collaborating with construction leaders across other regions. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater facilites/utilites, construction engineering, and construction management experience. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across regional teams to support strategic growth and project success.
