Job summary

The ServiceMaster Restore team in Corvallis, Oregon is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our reconstruction crew. You will perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall touch‑ups, and collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects moving on schedule.

With at least 3 years in carpentry, you will work independently and with a team, communicate clearly with customers, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. We offer a stable, full‑time role with competitive pay and solid benefits.

• Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record.

ServiceMaster Restore is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our reconstruction team. We restore homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Every day is a little different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in doing the job right.

A minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Rough carpentry
• Finish carpentry
• Some drywall repair and painting
• Working with Project Managers to keep jobs progressing
• Communicating professionally with customers while on-site
• Taking job photos and documenting progress using a mobile app

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• Overtime available when needed
• Participation in an after-hours and weekend emergency board-up on-call rotation

We're Looking for Someone Who

• Has at least 3 years of carpentry experience
• Can work independently while also being a team player
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Communicates well with customers and coworkers
• Stays organized and manages time effectively
• Takes pride in producing quality work

Requirements

• Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record for last 3 years
• Ability to pass a background check back to age 18 and pre-employment drug screen

Pay & Benefits

• Starting at $24-28/hour, depending on experience. This is not an entry level position; carpentry experience is required.
