COMMERCIAL CONTRACTING CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Construction Layout Surveyor to support commercial and industrial projects across the Midwest. The role involves field layout, establishing control points, and ensuring accuracy between plans and field execution.

The position requires 3+ years of surveying experience, proficiency with Total Stations and GPS, and the ability to read civil-architectural drawings. Travel to project sites is expected with per diem and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction surveying, layout, or field engineering.
• Experience using Total Stations, GPS systems, and survey equipment.
• Read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods and jobsite practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

JOB SUMMARY
