Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Construction Law Attorney role located in Laguna Hills, CA. The Construction Law Attorney will be responsible for handling construction litigation matters, specializing in payment disputes, mechanic's liens, stop payment notices, bond claims, and contract rights. The role involves representing contractors, subcontractors, haulers, and material & equipment providers in various legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction law and litigation
• Knowledge of mechanic's liens, stop payment notices, bond claims, and contract rights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Previous experience in handling construction payment disputes is a plus
