Job summary

Valor Environmental in Panama City, FL is seeking a Full-Time Laborer (Construction/Landscaping) to assist on active sites with erosion control, landscaping, and general site maintenance. Pay rate is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with weekly pay and year-round work opportunities.

Training is provided. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, weekend hours as needed, and the ability to operate basic hand tools while keeping sites clean and presentable for clients.

Qualifications

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove Silt Fence on construction sites.
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Work with hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers, etc.).
• Work in a safe, efficient, manner wearing proper protective equipment at all times while working.
• Work to make sure client construction sites are clean and presentable.
