Job summary

Valor Environmental in Greenville, SC is seeking a Full-Time Laborer (Construction/Landscaping) to support erosion control and site maintenance activities. Pay rate is $14.00-$17.00 per hour. The role involves working on client sites nationwide and requires physical outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include installing silt fences, erosion control blankets, and other barriers, using hand tools, and keeping sites clean and presentable. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove Silt Fence on construction sites
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Work with hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers, etc.)
• Work to make sure client construction sites are clean and presentable
• Assures that job materials are well kept, maintained and utilized without waste
