Job summary

Valor Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Laborer for construction and landscaping work. Pay rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay and year-round work opportunities. The role includes site cleanup, erosion control tasks, and operating basic hand tools under training.

Candidates should be able to work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available on weekends or extended hours as needed. Industry experience preferred, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Weekend and extended hours availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove silt fence on construction sites.
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Work with hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers, etc.).
• Work to keep client construction sites clean and presentable.
