We are seeking qualified candidates focused on project success and exceeding customer expectations. Qualified candidates must perform all duties listed below safely and follow all safety procedures.

Position Responsibilities

Construction laborers work in every phase of building activity, including handling power and manual tools, sawing, nailing, operating motorized equipment, and installation/removal of construction materials at heights with fall protection. Work requires alertness, good balance, and physical strength. Lifting up to 75 pounds, stooping, carrying, and bending are frequent. The environment is outdoors, often in all weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds of material.
• Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

Preferred Experience

Preference given to candidates with at least 6 months of construction labor experience with proven performance.
