Job description

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is the exclusive licensee of VSL post-tensioning systems in the United States. It is the sole provider of VSL products and technical support nationwide, with a history dating back to 1956 in building, repairing, and strengthening bridges, buildings, tanks, and special structures.

Construction Laborer Candidate Profile:

1. Some experience in construction as a laborer or technician.
2. Comfortable operating power tools such as rotary hammers, chipping hammers, and circular saws.
3. Familiarity with operating large equipment like boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers is advantageous.
4. Previous experience around concrete, reinforcement placement, and post-tensioning systems is a plus.
5. Ability to speak English.
6. Team-oriented, solution-focused, proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
7. Safety-conscious in all work environments.
8. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks.
9. Ability to perform daily tasks according to established procedures.
10. Comfortable working at heights.
11. Physically fit and healthy for demanding work.
12. Good hand-eye coordination and capable of standing for long periods.
13. Motivated to work over 40 hours per week.
14. Knowledge of standard PPE usage on construction sites.
15. Willing to travel outside the DFW area.

Compensation and Benefits:
