Job summary

COMANCO is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our nationwide team. This full-time role involves field work on construction sites across multiple states, with hotel/motel and daily per diem provided while traveling away from home.

We train motivated individuals willing to learn welding plastic liners, commit to safety, respect teammates, and travel when required. Our benefits include affordable health plans and opportunities for growth in a stable company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical work in field conditions.
• Construction or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to local jobs.
• Willing to travel and stay on the road for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Place geosynthetic and insulating material on ground using clamps to pull and place the rolls of material.
• Fill, lift (50+ lbs) and place sandbags to prevent the movement of insulating material on ground.
• Cut, using a knife, the excess of insulating material.
• Seal the borders of insulating material by heat producing machines and/or sewing.
• Grind, sand, or polish surfaces.
• Clean and Maintain a safe work environment by picking up trash and construction debris.
