Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (dozers, excavators, loaders, haul trucks) on projects nationwide.
• Assist with finish grading and use GPS machine control systems where required.
• Maintain safety standards and coordinate with the site team.
• Travel to local and distant project sites as needed; comply with per diem and housing arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of safely operating heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, loaders, and haul trucks. Experience with finish grading and GPS machine control systems is strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to commute to local job sites when applicable. A clean driving record is preferred.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork. Compensation is based on experience, equipment proficiency, and qualifications.
