Aerotek is seeking a Traveling Construction Laborer based out of Denver, CO, with frequent travel across Colorado, surrounding states, and Texas. This role offers steady work, overtime opportunities, and long-term career growth in foundation and caisson construction.
Responsibilities include assisting with concrete and foundation work, installing rebar and forms, and ensuring safety on busy jobsites. Must reside in Colorado and be comfortable with 50–65 hour weeks.

Assist with commercial foundation, caisson, and concrete construction
Work alongside crews installing rebar, forms, steel, and concrete
Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
Maintain safe and productive jobsites
Travel to project sites throughout the region
Must currently reside in Colorado (Front Range preferred)
1+ year of experience in construction, concrete, earthwork, demolition, landscaping, farming, or other physically demanding outdoor work
Ability to work 50-65 hours per week
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Willing to travel for extended periods as projects require
$25-$30/hr starting pay

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
