Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and/or power tools including drills and hammers as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites; erect scaffolding; remove and dispose of debris and waste materials; dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually and with equipment.
