Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must comply with safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor as directed by supervisor.
• Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills, hammers and others as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, remove debris and waste materials, and dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies around the site manually and with equipment.
