Qualifications

• Must be able to meet the physical demands (lift heavy objects, stand long hours).
• Experience on a construction crew (at least 1 year).
• Knowledge of using power tools and industrial machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products.
• Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as sub crews and carpenters.
• Perform daily job tasks efficiently.
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another.
• Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment.
• Set up cones, warning signs, and any other necessary material to increase visibility.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor.
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair.
