Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Laborer to clean and prepare construction sites, support skilled trades, and assist with the erection of structures and buildings. The role demands a strong work ethic, adherence to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in construction or general labor, familiarity with common tools and equipment, and OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of general construction safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor.
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and cleanup for daily activities.
• Unload and load materials, supplies, and mixed concrete.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout the project.
• Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other skilled workers as directed.
• Provide general labor support for construction activities across multiple trades.
• Operate jackhammers, earth tampers, and other hand or power tools under supervision.
• Report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors immediately.
