Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Laborer to support construction sites by cleaning, preparing, and assisting with the erection of structures. The role demands a strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, knowledge of basic safety procedures, and 1–2 years in construction or general labor, with familiarity of tools, materials, and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of general construction safety procedures is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in varying conditions.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or general labor is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation and Cleanup: Clean and prepare construction sites for daily activities; unload and load materials and equipment; maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Trade Support: Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other trades; provide general labor support across multiple trades.
• Tools and Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools under supervision; maintain tools and equipment; report damaged equipment.
