Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in building and renovation of commercial structures.
• Assist with demolition activities as needed.
• Provide support to construction managers and on-site staff.
• Lift and move heavy materials (up to 70 lbs).
• Keep work areas clean and free of debris.
• Prepare sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Load or unload building materials.
• Assist with bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Excavate trenches and backfill as required.
• Operate equipment such as concrete mixers under supervision.
• Assist other trades and follow on-site instructions.
