Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking General Laborers to support repairs, remodels, and new builds across active commercial spaces. You will prepare spaces, move materials, and protect finished work to keep projects on schedule in dynamic environments.

Ideal candidates have reliable transport, the ability to lift and stand for long periods, and a willingness to learn safe handling of tools and materials while adhering to site safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to arrive on time for early site starts.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet for a full shift in heat, dust, and tight spaces.
• Habit of following instructions, asking when layout is unclear, and finishing the task assigned.
• Respect for occupied properties: clean work habits, careful protection of finishes, and professional conduct.
• Ability to pass a job-site safety briefing and use required PPE without reminders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain work areas so crews can start on time, with materials staged and debris cleared.
• Support demolition, framing, finish, and repair tasks to the lead's layout and quality standard.
• Move, load, and protect materials and surfaces to prevent damage between trades.
• Follow site safety rules every shift and correct obvious hazards before they stop the job or injure someone.
• Keep supervisors informed of missing materials, access issues, and unfinished work before they become schedule slips.
• Leave each area clean and client-ready at the end of the day for the next trade or inspection.
• Represent the crew professionally around occupants, vendors, and inspectors in active commercial spaces.
