Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift 50+ lbs, work in all weather)
• Willingness to follow directions and perform tasks
• Basic carpentry tools and job-site organization knowledge
• Positive attitude and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Clean up the site, load/unload materials weighing 50 lbs+, install protection and organize tools
• Assist with sitework (e.g., digging a trench)
• Be proactive and organized; communicate clearly
• Work safely and help maintain job-site security; may drive a company vehicle if eligible
